POLICIES
Booking, Payment, & Cancellation of Custom Orders
For most orders, we do not require a deposit at booking. Exceptions would be large corporate orders or weddings. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is requested two weeks prior to your pickup date. Payment in full is requested one week prior to your pickup date. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
I understand that unexpected events, illness, and unforeseen circumstances may cuase you to need to cancel or reschedule your events. If my schedule allows me to reschedule your order, we are happy to do so without payment penalty, but this is simply not always possible. If you must cancel your event, you are still entitled to the confection you have paid for. Most baked goods can be frozen for use at a later date, and I will provide detailed storage, freezing, and thawing instructions for maximum freshness.
Thank you for understanding that your custom baked goods take time to plan, shop for ingredients, and create.
Payment can be accepted through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash.
Please know that when I add your order tom y calendar, I take that seriously and am committed to fulfilling your order. If an emergency or unexpected change in my schedule causes me to have to cancel your order, I will give you as much notice as possible and refund you any money already paid. Additionally, I will honor a 15% discount to your next order.
